parte 2 do panfleto em inglês "today, we are here to claim our right to freedom of anonimity, freedom of access, and freedom in all the cases. we are against data retention and any monitoring practices. we repudiate all the forms of repression from the government which want to implement the data retention,we express our support to indymedia network, which has been brutally reprimanded by the british government. reclaim the streets! seize the media!" completando the first paragraph is:
"Currently, our communication systems are being redesigned in order to build a spectacularly efficient machine for maintaining total social control. This work is being done by the democratic governments of the world, and the UN, in the name of law enforcement. These governments have a problem: the internet and new communication technologies are undermining their capacity for lawful surveillance. Their solution to this problem has been to attempt total surveillance of all communication and to require that every internet server becomes a data gathering arm of the government." a quote from: http://www.phillyimc.org/es/node/76805
